2. Q: Can i get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design.
The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on the sample.
3. Q: How long can i get the sample?
A: After receiving the sample fee and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample lead time is about 5 working days and express delivery will take about 3-5 days to your door.
1.Delivery time: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For the mass production, it will take about 12-18 days after you finished the prepayment. It also depends on the quantity. Our sales will keep tracking the progress. We will take some pictures of the products for you when we finish them.
2.Quality: The sample is the key point. First, we will make the sample to let you check and confirm. After you confirm the sample, we will start the mass production and everything will be based on the sample. If you have your own sample, you can send to us and we can match everything to the sample. For the accurate color matching, we also need your sample to better match the color.
